Solutions Realty and Investment, Inc. was established in 2007 by three major principals− President Jay Choi, Vice-Presidents, Michael Pak and David Jeon, from two separated entities, the Banc Group Investments, Inc. and Alphakor Construction, Inc.
The Banc Group Investments, Inc. was established in 1998 by Michael Pak as a business brokerage firm and later expanded into a real estate investment and development company in 1999, specializing in commercial retail shopping centers and in retail petroleum industry. Mr. Pak graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989 with an engineering degree and has been a Texas resident for the last 32 years.
